i know they are darn rare, and i know i want
such an item  what would be the price for 10/10 ghostly/orrish staff??? i got 1000k so tell me real prices ;p |

A perfect ghostly staff would sell for alot but depends on what the Req you want to be but most likely you wont find the certain REQ. but anyways I would guess around 750k from the prices of other perfect staffs sell for.
